Change of Mind

We don't generally accept returns for change of mind, however if there is anything at all you are not satisfied with on receiving your order, please contact us immediately at



Only damaged or defective items may be exchanged. In the unlikely event that you receive such an item, please email us at within 14 days of receipt with a picture of the damaged or defective item and arrange for it to be returned and exchanged, at our cost. We will organise to have the item sent back to you within 2-5 business days.

If the item is no longer available, we will organise a store credit for the value of the item and the return shipping.


Incorrect Address at Checkout

Please ensure you have entered the correct address and details at checkout as we will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to an incorrect address, if provided at checkout.
